How to just be friends after dating?
So me and my ex went out for almost two years which for a high school relationship is pretty long. I’m totally in love with him. He feels the same way. For personal reasons we can’t be together. Sort of a romeo and juliet thing. Well, I still love him and care for him and want to be there for him, but there is a problem. Today we tried hanging out for the first time since we broke up five days ago. Not holding his hand, kissing, blahblahblah was devastating. I mean like I really miss him but I don’t see how we can be friends. I don’t even know how to go about it. Any suggestions??
